Best breakfast I've had all week!
2 Free range eggs mixed with 2 tablespoons of Black Swan No
fat Greek Yogurt, cracked pepper and salt.
Heat a non stick frypan.. Add 3 sliced button Swiss brown
mushrooms and sauté until tender. Add 1/4 Avo diced, sprinkle of red capsicum
and sliced kalamata olives, 50g diced smoked chicken breast and pour the egg
mixture over the top. Pop a lid on if you have one and let it cook, only takes
a few minutes. I've splashed some homemade worstershire sauce on top.. Yum
